Yeah it doesn't really bother me, as a reader. I'd like to do it to mine but probably won't. I'm too lazy!

Socialspark is a pretty good way to advertise on a blog. I've been doing it since you share the info a year or so ago.

I need to do more ads. They kept sending me stuff and I kept rejecting them but I need to just do it. I feel like I would annoy people too and barely anybody reads my blog anyways for sure I'd lose followers if I was posting ads all day :), but you've got enough that it doesn't matter for you! I say go ahead girl make that money!

I confess I wish I made more than $30 every 6 months with SocialSpark....but also, that I love that my high-follower friends make good money with it. :)

(And yes, we totally understand!)

I confess that I"m starting to worry about the amount of ad posts I do. My roommate told me last night "We all stopped reading it because we miss Angie in it. It's not about you anymore." and that made me sad.

I'm still going to do that, just not as often I guess. I want to focus on more personalized sponsors.

Speaking of which, have you thought about sponsors? You can make some pretty good money, and if you use Passionfruitads.com it's SO easy. Like super easy. I love it.

I love reading your blog, but I have to confess that I stop reading (not just yours, anyone's) when it turns out it's a sponsored post or an ad. That's just how I roll. It's up to you to do what you want with your blog and your readers will decide whether it's worth their time to read.

Nice. Do the ads. I like money too.

Since I'm so new to blogging, I haven't even thought about ads, or that you could even make $$ with them. Hadn't thought about it. I haven't linked to confession in a couple of weeks - had too much going on, but nice to be back in the loop!

Not that my opinion matters much, but I liked your blog better before it became infiltrated with ads. I skip over all of your ad. posts.

If you want to do ads then do ads but don't stop the HOPS they are so much fun and great friends are acquired thru you :)) Thanks for hosting!

I think as long as you're still doing 'real' posts ads are fine! I wonder if I could do SocialSpark since I'm with BlogHer ads? They're picky =/

I say go for it! Do what you need to do, but to also be sure you are inside this blog, of course!

I am fortunate to have been offered several school "situations" and felt a bit bad posting, but really needed the financial help with school.

I signed up with them a while ago and have never even jumped on their website again ... perhaps I should!

I know how you feel! I *finally* added Google AdSense, after holding out for all these years. I hate the idea of any kind of ads, but I reeeeally need a root canal, so every spare dollar helps!
