Here are MY answers...
Vandy @ http://tttandme.blogspot.com/ wants to know:
{one} What is your quirkiest habit?
I have a few...you tell me which is the quirkiest:
1. i need to say "the garage door is closed" before leaving the driveway. if someone is with me i will tell them "when i ask if the garage door is closed, the answer is yes". and even after doing both of these things i have been known to drive around the block to double check...so annoying.
2. i don't pump my own gas...like ever. i CAN do it and i have (like less than a dozen times in my life) but if someone will do it for me i will totally let them and i have been known to ask total strangers (women even) to do it for me. Luckily Big Daddy makes sure my tank is always full.
3. I think I might be a dyslexic anorexic…lemme explain. I am a curvy girl, for sure. Sometimes when I look in the mirror I think “girl, you’re not that fat”.
{two}What TV show do you always stop to watch?
I am all about reality TV, if it is someone else's business I wanna watch it...I am a Real Housewives of anywhere JUNKY! I pretty much love everything on Bravo.
Vanessa @ http://www.jfamforlife.com wants to know:
{three} What do you miss most about being a kid?
Right now it is not having to pay for my own gas and I miss the deep, dream filled, sleep I use to get.
Jolene @ http://richjmylife.blogspot.com wants to know:
{four} How many siblings do you have?
There are 5 of us...Mark, Me, Amy, Scotty and Meg
Kenzie @ http://cbmommyhood.blogspot.com wants to know:
{five} How do you get yourself out of a funk?
I wish I was more if an expert on this. There are times that there is no good reason for me to be in a funk but I am...it's kinda lame. A little retail therapy goes a long way with me. I am looking forward to reading your answers about this.

"Luckily Big Daddy makes sure my tank is always full."
Yeah I do!
I have a similar thing with my front door- the amount of times I've doubled back to check I've locked it is insane. It's even worse at night as I'll get out of bed to check, forget and have to go back an hour later to check again. Grrr.
Great answers and link up as ever! x
I sooo miss the sleep too! Great answers!
OMG I forgot about retail therapy! Before kids this was my #1 way to get out of a funk. Now that I'm a big gurl I can't really do that anymore but that is so true!
I'm laughing that you've asked strangers to pump your gas..like they work at the gas station! LOL
I wish I could be as bold as you there are plenty of things I don't want to do! haha
I love to buy stuff when I'm down too but I eventually feel guilty about it then plummet right back into the funk!
Retail therapy is great, too bad I can't most of the time.
I miss the sleep too. Uninterrupted sleep--sounds like bliss.
I <3 RHoA... I should watch the RHoNJ since that's where I'm from, but never have...
Thanks for hosting this link up. And actually, all the link ups.... because I usually do them all :)
I cannot stop watching the Real Housewives shows! My two favorites are the Orange County and New Jersey ones. Drama all the way around!
I totally understand about your dyslexic anorexia! I have the same thing. I've put on almost 40 pounds in 3 years. I'm not thrilled, but I figure I don't look "that bad." (BTW, I don't know what "that bad" is. I tend to look at people's faces and judge them beautiful so obviously I don't care about bodies.)
I LOVE Bravo TV. However, I don't watch RHW of anything. I actually miss Queer Eye. :)
As for a funk, it's hard. I've been going through one myself. I think I need therapy again.,Unfortunately my experience in the past has been since they can't tell me anything I don't know or am not already doing, then they figure I'm OK.
I miss being able to just talk it out for hours with friends. I think that's the best way to get out of it all. Friends are the best therapists. Thing is, we have to be willing to "listen." :)
Have a very happy Wednesday. Thanks for the link up.
I'm a big fan of retail theraphy as well. You know until the bank statement arrives?
Linking up! Sorry I can't participate in your swap this time. Too much going on with Spring sports to even do the grocery shopping!
My other half does the same thing about making sure the garage door is closed! That's too funny. I love your quirks.
I get the same way about reality TV shows! Even the ones I don't like I get sucked in anyways.
I'm definitely looking forward to reading how other get out of a funk. Retail therapy is always amazing to help, if only I had a deeper checkbook! :)
ha! I said buying stuff makes me feel better too. I need to buy some more stuff...
I might be a dyslexic anorexic too...some days I feel huge, but other days I'm like, "huh, I'm not THAT big." Ah, but the tight clothes tell me different. ;)
Girl you're not that fat.....
I just gigglesnorted my protein drink! Mercy that was an ugly feeling...but SO MUCH enjoyed the laughter. You crack me sideways. I love getting a peek into your mind. It reminds of looking through those little kaleidoscope toys we had as kids. PLEASE tell me you know what I'm talking about!
Gosh, I wish someone filled my tank!! Not that I mind doing it, but wish someone else paid, LOL. And, I say you are so right. The mirror does not lie. Stick to your not fat guns, because it's true. Happy anniversary!
I rarely fill my tank....that is Mr. Art @ Home's job :D I think your first quirky habit is hysterical!
You come from a large family. How wonderful! You must love that.
Sorry I am so late linking up....lots going on around here!
Thanks for hosting!
xo,
RJ
i used to love retail therapy! Now it's just too hard with Husband being gone all the time...for me retail therapy only REALLY works if the monsters aren't with me! Otherwise it just puts me deeper in my funk!
Love that big daddy is all about your needs and taking care of you.
Thanks for linking me up. I'm lame. My button code is wrong and i have yet to make the rounds.
Love retail therapy.
I love bravo too. Seriously.
I love love that you say you aren't that fat. I should do that.
Love ya lady
There are rarely any full-serve gas stations where I live and I've been pumping it (being without a man friend and all) since I started driving! When I lived in New York and had to travel to Jersey (where everyone pumps gas), I about peed myself!
I think THE SAME THING when I get in front of a mirror! You are not alone, my friend!
I tell Kyle that if I ask him if I took my medicine that morning, then the answer is yes. So, see, it's not just you ;)
Ahhhh retail therapy...I need some of that, I think.
You, by the way, are so lucky! I hate pumping gas!!!!
Happy Wednesday!
Why not pump your own gas? I get weirded out when I'm in states where they won't let me pump my own gas. Like...if I'm not holding the nozzle myself, they could be putting ANYTHING in there.
And seriously, to be able to stand in front of the mirror and honestly think "I'm not that fat"...that's amazing. Most of us have body dysmorphia, and always see our bodies as flawed. I want to learn how you do that total confidence thing!!
I spilled gas on my brand new jeans yesterday. I cried. I won't be at the pump anytime soon!
First time linking up for WWTK!
Sorry so late with the linking, I had the funk earlier- and the grandson. ;)
I am like that with gas too. One of the things I miss about Jersey- it's illegal to pump your own gas there. And yes, I used to drive from NY once they went to pump yourself.
Ok so the first answers cracked me up! I am TOTALLY picturing you right now.
Oohhhh reality TV is cryptonite for me too. Damn you for getting me hooked on The Bachelor, I mean REALLY like I needed another show to watch. LOL
I forgot to name my siblings, that was kind of jerky of me. Ehhhh oh well.
Retail therapy, that is a good one. I like that too.
Retail therapy is one of the best things in the world.
I hate pumping my gas...it makes my hands smell like gas...YUCK!!
