Hrmmm...lost 3 followers...sorry? something I said?
I'm a bit disconnected this week. I am at my folk's this week...looking for my HAPPY, connecting with my peeps. Big Daddy added to his commute time so he could be here with me, I love that man. I will be back soon, commenting on everyone's blogs who comments here....as always. Thanks for the email, texts and phone calls...all is well, just needed some time.
Welcome to We Want to Know Wednesday Q&A hosted by:
I was responsible for the Friendship Questions, last week.
It was a HUGE success, a great big thank you to everyone who played along!
{1} What is the first thing you notice about the opposite sex? Are you an eyes or a smile person? Maybe another body part?
{2} If a movie was being made about you who would you like to see cast to play you? And would your movie be a comedy, drama, romantic-comedy, action film or a horror movie?
{3} Does your high school yearbook include a senior comment section? If so share what you said about your future goals. Have you met those goals? If you do not have a yearbook just share what your goals where when you were 18 and if you have met them. If you’re brave enough include your Senior Picture!
{4} What latest trend simply baffles you?
{5} When you walk into a room how do you present yourself? Do you walk in with confidence and command the attention of others or do you slink in and do your best to go unnoticed?

Big Daddy has the most amazing smile and dark brown, almost black, eyes. But it was his smile that got me. True story.
{2} If a movie was being made about you who would you like to see cast to play you? And would your movie be a comedy, drama, romantic-comedy, action film or a horror movie?
Romantic-comedy! FOR. SURE.
I would most def cast my fave power couple Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.
First because I love them and think that we would have lots of fun together....hanging out as fellow power couples.
They have no idea but we are already kinda BFF (holla Kelly, she reads my blog).
I also think Big Daddy looks a lot like Mark and IF Kelly had boobs, brown hair and gained 200 lbs she could look like me-ish.

I have only ever wanted to be a mom and I am doing that.
Of course I imagined I would have given birth to 5 kids by now.
I guess raising 1 daughter who I did not give birth to is close to my HS "goals".
I admit, I still want more and dream of being pregnant and all that fun stuff.
(that question depresses me, who cares what my HS goals were? it was High School!)
Here is my Senior Picture circa 1989, since I am "brave".
Yes, I know it is awesome.
I would take out my butane curling iron and my PINK Aqua Net and demonstrate for them.
I am a giver.

Boots with an open toe makes zero sense to me

My folks will tell you I was born with a spotlight on me.
They said I always expected everyone to stop what they were doing when I entered a room.
Like I expected a standing ovation.
Just for showing up.
I once shared that cute childhood story with some co workers.
From then on every time I entered the main office of the school one or more people would always stand and applaud.
It was awesome.
I miss that.
Wait. What was the question?
Here's a little more information on how this meme works. There are four of us co-hosting, Impulsive Addict, Janette, Me and Shawn. Each week we will take turns asking the questions.
That being said, the four of us have collaborated and would like it if everyone could please follow three simple rules:
1. Please include our supah cute button on your post.
2. Please link your WWTK post to the linky {if you need assistance please ask}.
3. Please mention and link to all four of us, adding a link is not that hard and it shows you care!
Oh...did you see my polls over there on my sidebar? Vote please.

Yes I am still up...trying to clean out my in-box. Love the hair- it does look good for the 80's :)
When I first read the room question I read bathroom so my initial thought was depends on how much I am about to stink the place up! ;)
I LOVE your high school picture, adorable. I know women who still style their hair like that, complete with the feather bangs. heheh.
I'm with you on that high school question. It depressed me too but I then I had to check in with myself and remember how happy I am now and I wouldn't change it for a minute.
I will remember if we are ever to meet that I must give you a standing ovation. :-)
I'm super jealous of your rockin' 80's hair. I graduated in 1989, too but my hair was a frizzy mess.
Standing O, huh? Will a curtsy in honor of the royal wedding suffice? =]
And you are so brave for posting that pic--I have purposely tried to lose my yearbooks, for fear that my husband will use them to publicly humiliate me one day.
Man! I so had a Butane curing iron also. I thought ti would great to carry it in my pocketbook and use ti when I needed. LOL those were the days.
I want my hair to look like your Senior photos NOW!
I also wanted to let you know I have been around. I havent been commenting all that much but I have been reading!
I'm still laughing,, (in a good way) you are soooo funny,, there is so much going on at your blog and I'm so new,, I want to take part in everything,, just have to fugure it all out,,, thanks for sharing and being so funny,,
Your hair DOES look amazing. Seriously, you are rocking the 80's in the best way possible.
I don't get peep toe boots either. What the hell is the point?
I so would have been jealous of that hair! But I did have an awesome mullet if I do say so myself.
Love the Sr. pic! I remember my pink can of aqua net.
Yeah those boots are just ugly!!
Yes with the open toed boots. Wow, there's a lot of terrible trends out right now.
Your HS picture is awesome, SO MUCH HAIR! Very DJ Tanner circa 1990.
Glad to hear your taking some time for yourself with your folks, I hope it's going well for you!
Class of '90 here .... LOVED the Aquanet! Spiral perms? Yup, I had them! 80's hairstyles ROCKED, but seriously took way too long to fix!
And hopefully your other followers who love you extra lots today will make up for the 3 you lost ....
p.s. Sorry to not participate in this link-up .... I already had a blog post up....
Lol Kelly Rippa that's funny!
I remember the days of standing in front of the mirror for half an hour to get my hair to look right. I was brave and posted my senior picture too. I graduated in 91, so not that far from you--the 80s rocked, big hair, pegged pants and all.
I could see Kelly Rippa and Mark playing you and big daddy! Totally! LOVE the high school pic and thanks for leaving a link to the Butane curling iron cause I had no clue what it was! LOL
I'm with you on the high school goals..who knows anything in high school?!
WHOO HOOO CLASS OF 89!!
I think your Mark looks just like your husband! If I were Kelly...I would get boobs. just sayin.
I own a pair of peep toe booties that I bought myself for my 40th birthday. But I bought them a half size too small so I can't wear them. But i like looking at them.
Nothing beat a good, sincere smile!
I love Kelly & Mark, what a great choice. I hope they make it forever! He's from my town here in Florida, I always hope I run into him when he's home visiting but it hasn't happened yet.
I love your picture, it is perfect! Your hair was/is gorgeous and that smile hasn't changed, actually not much has. So.Not.Fair!
Dang it you and IA both hate new trends that I love! Two of those boots I would buy in a heartbeat if they wouldn't make me 3" taller than Babe!
I love that they stood and clapped for you. I do believe some people are just meant to be in the spotlight. Ever thought of acting or modeling?
The open toed boots make no sense to me either!
And your senior pic is adorable. :)
Kelly Ripa isn't as cute as you.
But she IS super cute.
Um.
I still have a butane curling iron.
SHUT UP!
Not even gonna lie...I rock the open toe boots!
Awesome answers...and I love that you chose Kelly & Marc to be you and Big Daddy! Loves it!
I think you look darn tootin' good in your high school picture! Aqua Net...I remember it well! I'm with you...open toed boots don't make much sense to me, either. Kelly and Mark...EXCELLENT choices!
First of all, your Senior picture was AWESOME!
Secondly, we are so twins with question 5. Soul sisters! But I would have added a red carpet. Ha!
Also, I have a pair of peep toe ankle boots, AND I LOVE THEM! :)
I just slapped myself in the forehead! Why didn't I think of open toed boots? Awful! I love your hair in your senior pic!
I love a great smile and TEETH!
OMG! Kelly is MY bff too! We talk on twitter. Well, it's more like I talk to her and she {hopefully} reads. And Mark is HOTT! I drool. Seriously. I "heard" they have an open marriage. I hope it's not true because that's just gross.
Your senior pic=greatness!! But you still look the same in the face! *jealous*
I agree with the peep toe boots. My mom just bought a pair. I don't get it.
A standing O? Wow! That's never happened to me. =(
My other half has an amazing smile and deep brown eyes, too! That made me smile haha. I definitely agree on the weird heels trend, most of the trends now days baffles me. Enjoyed reading your answers!!
Your senior picture is awesome! But really, who cares about high school? LOL!
Seriously, Kelly Ripa reads your blog???? That is totally WICKED! You rock!
Open toed boots, yeah, I don't get that either. I guess we are old. LOL!
I could totally see Kelly and Mark as you and big daddy, yup it works!!
Love the high school hair, butaine curling iron, I still have one tucked back in my drawer
I must make a confession ( I kinow it is not friday) I forgot all about the we want to know wednesday, I am bad. I will have to do mine later today
Love the senior pic. Very pretty!!
I hate those open toe boots. I do not undersand them at all!
I would love for people to stand and applaud when I walk into a room! That would be pretty awesome! HAHA!
I always thought I would marry a dark haired, dark eyed man..... that's who always turned my head. BUT..... Opposites attract, I suppose. :)
You're right...who cares about high school? Bit it's fun to think back about it, right? Right. Love the hair - and the butane curling iron! I remember having one of those while camping. And those shoes? Give me a break! Ugh. Another great set of questions!! Thanks for (co)hosting. :)
Oh how I love the 80s hair...seriously it is awesome! I was never really good at getting my hair to look that rad in those days!
I hope you rediscover your happy (or more happy) soon!
Wow...does Big Daddy have a single brother, or perhaps cousin, a lot like him? ;)
I love your yearbook photo! You rocked the 80's hair. I had a butane curler (although my hair is already curly) and aquanet (the blue one), and mine NEVER got that awesome. Too bad I didn't have you to show me!
Thanks for hosting this....that's fun stuff. :D
Kelly- ISH. I cracked up! You are so funny! I loved the hair, and oh how the smell of Aqua Net brings back the memories!
I love this post! How funny! And I think you and Kelly Ripa are two peas in a pod! ;)
I just found your blog from My life in France, and I love it! You are super cute and so funny. So I will make up for one of the followers who left you, because I am definitely gonna be reading a long! And I am so doing this post, super cute!
You are adorable, and those shoes are so ugly. I hate open toe boots!
it's not even fair how perfect your teeth are. When you die, I promise to make sure the mortician parts your lips a little to show them off.
I'll also be in charge of your diamond earrings. Just saying.
I don't know how I got on the death topic. It's kind of creepy. Sorry.
Oh man I would LOVE for people to applaud when I walked in a room. Let's do that for eachother. I'm in.
The smile your man has is kinda sexy but don't tell him I said that, his head may swell...heehee
You do have a story book romance and Kelly and Mark are a great example of you too. So happy together!
You still Look JUST the same as in high school Wow! I love that!
Those shoes are SO yucky! Ewww!
Everyone SHOULD stop and look when you enter, you ARE Mamarazzi after all! :)
I love your senior picture! You look so happy! I bet it was because you were so close to graduating, huh?! ;) Either way, you look gorgeous.
Peep toe booties are not my thing. I don't even like the Peep toe high boots either, or well I guess I'm just anti-peep toe any shoes. Could be because I don't like feet. Eh?
If you walked into a room I was in, I would totally giving you a standing ovation. Just sayin... :)
HAHAHA! I love that you loved the applause! That just makes me laugh so much. I love these things. It is fun to get to know people on a deeper level. If I hadn't already posted twice today, I probably would play along. But I don't think blogland needs three posts from me in one day. :)
Sorry, I have a pair of peep toe booties and I rock 'em! Love them with jeans and a pretty shirt.
Great choice of Kelly and Mark, awesome.
You haven't changed much since your high school picture...I haven't either, which I consider a good thing.
Seriously love this post. I cackled at least 3 times. Best line? "I'm a giver".
Awesome.
Love the standing ovation.
Love love the 'ish' part.
I'm so with you on the peep toe booties. Sick. Toes and heels aren't pretty even after i've ha d a good pedicure. Plus side though to peep toes? Saves your pedicure. Mine rub off if I wear real shoes.
I blame that trend on sarah jessica parker and sex in the city 2.
These ones stumped me a bit (I try not to think of high school :) ) but it's great to use my brain for something other than figuring out what to make for dinner or how to get a screaming 3 yr old to wear clothes
Your high school picture, I love it. I bet people wanted to know your secret! Nice hair!
and I must admit, I LOVE peep toe booties! You don't think they are cute at all?
and like I said before, Big Daddy is a hottie!
That Senior pic is HOT! YOu did have gorgeous hair - I mean, still do - you have beautiful hair now too Mama!!
And I'm with you on the whole peep-toe bootie?? HUH??
~Becca
I totally agree with the open-toed boots. So dumb and pointless. HAHA! Get it! Pointless! .... Anyway, I also love your senior pic! :-)
Safe the hair and eyebrows, you look the same! How do you do that? Man, you have great teeth.
I loved Kelly back when she and Mark first got together while they were both on All My Children. They are one hot couple! Still love to watch her on Regis, even tho I don't really like him. I guess he's okay. What was the question? HA!
You are the super-80's chick! Big hair for sure! Mine is too thin to look like that, but I tried. I was just starting to teach when you graduated. Hey, I could have taught you your senior year! That would have been awesome! And I remember those butane curling irons! Great Q&A!
I am so glad you were able to get away to get your happy back. I think going to work is my way to get my happy back, until I show up and realize, oh CRAP, I'm at work,... ick! Love Kelly Rippa... I still remember her back when she was the antagonist with jet black hair on All My Children.. ahh.. I love your confidence! Its encouraging!! :)
YAY for another fun week!
First...Mark Consuelos is freaking HOTT!!
And you are much prettier than KR...in my opinion.
The open-toed boots? I am SOOOO with you! They make absolutely NO sense!!!
Hey i was born in 1989 lol
