My Happy List

So many things on my Happy List this week...

First of all I think I forgot to tell y'all that Coco WON The Cutest Pet Contest!!!

Thank you to everyone who voted, her gift card to Pet Smart came in the mail today.

She can't wait to get a new sweater, she hates being chilly and we have all the doors and windows open enjoying the cool Spring breeze!

We had soooooooo much fun last weekend in San Rafael.

We took a little jaunt into Saulsalito and the sky over the Golden Gate bridge was gorgeous and blue.

We decided to take a little hike and snap a few pictures!

I REALLY love this man...like a lot!!

Friday night Big Daddy and I went on such a great date!

We had Sushi at our favorite little place in a town nearby and to see Arthur.

Great movie...very funny.

I am STILL celebrating my 40th Birthday y'all.

Everywhere we go they sing to me! It. Is. Awesome.

Who doesn't love a little free sundae with a candle to blow out and make a wish?

Not to mention a free HAT!

So perfect for a semi narcissist like me.

Here I am making a Birthday wish at Cattleman's.

I am moving to SF! Super nervous about that. Had my first visit almost 3 weeks ago (the weather was fantastic & I was warned that it was rare, hope that's not true!)

Happy Belated Birthday!! Don't you love that the entire month of your birthday people celebrate you? ;)

Don't you just love Sausalito? I am so glad that you have enjoyed celebrating your birthday. Stretch it out for a month, I say!

Mamarazzi, your skin is so gorgeous. You must use tons of sunscreen or something.

Have a great rest of the weekend, and thanks for hosting my personal favorite Linky Party, My Happy List!

*I only have one item on my list this week. We really dodged a bullet yesterday.*

OMGosh, a little Mexican chain in Indiana makes you dance around a sombrero on your birthday! But at least you get to keep the darn thing AND get a whole cake for it! Might be worth the trip!

That sushi looks incredible. So does that view. We're cloudy and drizzly right now. Great for running but not much else. Boo. I'll just squint at your pictures and pretend it is like that here. :)

Happy weekend!

I finally talked my hubby into sushi last night. I've been craving it for a while now. It was soooo yummy! And the kids did well too! A couple even tried some sushi. That made me happy!

If I was brave, I would so extend my birthday too. But we don't go out much. lol!

You should have one day of celebration for each year that you are turning. So 40 straight days of awesome for you! :D

If I didn't know better, I would think you're a Leo like me ... we tend to go on and on with our birthdays! Ha!

Yum, free desserts. Maybe turning 40 in a few years won't be so bad!

awww, I love your happies! Nothing beats the forevah birthday-I'm so having one when I turn 40 next year.

Congrats to Coco on her win! Yay!

I love your hat! I really want one of those, but I am not sure that I could pull it off.

The sundae looks yummy! Free food always tastes the best!

YAY Coco!!!

Love the pics!

I'm craving sushi. No one ever wants to go with me. My sushi-lovin-movie-watchin-wine-drinkin-girl-talkin cousin, Ali, left me and moved to Phoenix. I really miss her, especially when I think of sushi. Is that weird?

CUTE pic of you and your b-day sundae!

XO

Keep celebrating, ALL YEAR LONG, wouldn't that be cool!!!

I love birthday months :-). Good for you! The top of my happy list this week is that I lost another 5lbs. and that puts my total so far at 40 lbs. gone :-). I am on a roll and that makes me so happy. Have a wonderful weekend!

MiMi said...

Of course Coco won!!
She IS the cutest! :)
Um. That sun makes me jealous...I'm SOOOOO tired of the rain! It's only April and I'm sick of it...I've got a good couple months of it left too.
Girl, I've never tried sushi. Swear. In fact. I got a piece and sniffed it once and it smelled like dirt and I couldn't eat it. Maybe...we should TRY sushi there? Me. I think Myya eats it already. Maybe I should try it...?

This post makes me want to finally plan that trip to Cali I've always wanted to take!! Great pics!!

Congratulations on turning 40! It's a great time of life. And keep the celebration going, I say! I just found your blog and linky party and I love it. I'll be participating often. I'm rather new to blogging but it's been a lot of fun. I love your Friday party as well. What a clever idea! I wonder sometimes if people really read what we write or just look at the pictures. But then I'm a rule follower ... oh, and I'm also your newest follower! LOL!
Have a great weekend!

I'm glad you're still celebrating your b-day, 40 is a big one and it calls for a big celebration! I think I should start planning mine now, it's just a little over 2 years away.
You & your hubby remind me of me & mine! =D

You should celebrate your birthday for as long as you can get away with it.

Sausalito was one of my fave parts of our trip to SF. It was such a laid back little town.

And congrats to Coco. She's just too cute!

Seeing that sushi made me want some! I just have to convince my sushi-hating husband to take me out...maybe it's time for GNO?

Also--I totally pretend to not want to be sang to at restaurants for my birthday, but I secretly love it! Plus--nothing beats free dessert!

shortmama said...

Congrats to that adorable puppy Coco!

Great pics of San Fran! I love that you and Big D always take little self portraits, Levi and I rarely think to do that...lame

Love the hat and I want the sundae!

Steph @ Thoughts From Cali said...
