So I am thinking of a new weekly linky party.
I am also thinking I want someone to co-host it with.

I am thinking it would be fun to do either or both.
I have been pulling posts from my archives that I wanted to share with new readers or I just felt like they needed to be seen again.
I thought we could give that a cute name, something to do with "Recycle" cuz it would make us sound all "green" and junk too.
Then I thought I really enjoy those Question and Answer posts.
But the people I would ordinarily join up with aren't always consistent with when they post the questions.
And sometimes they just skip it all together for weeks at a time.
I am one of those "scheduled post" bloggers.
You know, like a night I can't sleep I will just knock out a bunch of posts and schedule them.
I do that ALL the time with my Happy List and Friday Confessional.
Mostly because I add to them throughout the week.
But you get what I mean.

I LOVE having a little bloggy crutch aka linky party to help me post more often.
I also think it is a GREAT way to grow your following and make new blog friends.
AND
I seriously despise those silly "Blog Hop" things.
You know the ones...we have ALL received that stupid cut and paste comment...
"Hi. I love your blog! I am your newest follower, follow me back!"
GAG!
You spent the time creating a post and among the thoughtful comments from the people who actually READ what you composed is THAT garbage!?

I like a linky party with a prompt, so I wanna flood the blogsphere with them.

I told you right before we started the Monthly Vlog that IA and I were wanting to start a new linky. I can't speak for her but I will be more than happy to do this with you, that is if you haven't had enough of me with the vlog.
I like either, or both. Maybe switch them week to week or combine them. Open the recycled post with a few current questions. Lets see what the people say!

I want to play along but I'm one of those lousy I don't always get to it bloggers (damn real life gets in the way of my online time). I'll do my best to join in whenever I can though, I love your hops.

I like the idea of the recycled post one. I have a lot more readers now and it'd be cool to reuse some of my older, well-written posts. :)
I like Q&A's. And I hate those types of comments. They really just want to say "hey, I found your blog, it's not all that but come read mine!" Eyeroll. haha. I'm excited about a new blog party link up! I think I'd like to host one someday if I think of a good one. :)

I haven't always been one to link up to blog hops or any kind of shared posting but I'm finding that I really like it and love meeting new friends. My goal this year is to step more out of my shell and not blend in with the background. Linking up is definately helping!
Also another big leap *gulp* I'm volunteering to help host anything you would like me to help with. I'm only a new follower plus not the first to volunteer but it feels good (and scary) just to put my voice out here. :)

I like the question type post because everyone has a different take on it and you learn so much about people with them. I like link parties, but the ones that let me sort of free form are my favorite--more of me shines through. Not so much a fan of blog hops. I really don't get them (and don't have the time to devote to them to make them worth while.)

I'm not scared of committment. I'm not tied down to anything else since I quit the RHOK so I'd be up for it.
I hate those comments too. Why can't people just read a blog for enjoyment and leave a heart-felt (is that a word?) comment?

Oh me me!! I would love love to do this with you. I like to write my posts the night before and sometimes I do knock out three or four at a time and schedule them. I am sure you have a million people wanting to do this with you but pick me :)

I think you should DEFINITELY (misspelled this) start a new linky party...I would love to Co-host with you..because I am a faithful poster..I sometimes schedule posts in advance, but I haven't done a whole weeks worth yet. I'm too much of a new blogger though to recycle posts...I fear I don't have enough! YIKES....
And I don't know if I'd be a good co-host cause my following is small and I've tried to do my own linky party with absolutely NO success...So now I've given you all the reasons why you SHOULDN'T Co-host with me!! LOL wanna give it a shot??!
P.S I've tried the blog hop thingy and have been getting kind of annoyed with it myself, because it's mostly random people trying to make money off their blog and not sincere at all! Like you say..it's really annoying. Why can't we just blog hop to find great bloggy friends??
