Well it has been a while since I have done an actual post. I am soooo glad that whole Top Blog competition is behind us.

How did THAT happen?
Christmas came and went and I have ZERO pictures to prove that it actually happened. I think Big Daddy caught one or two on his cell phone, but that is it.
Yep, I...Mamarazzi, forgot to take pictures.
Lame.
I started to and realized I didn't have a memory card in my camera then never stopped to look for it.
Double Lame.
Thanks to our families Big Daddy and I were able to spend some FABULOUS time in Monterey celebrating our wedding anniversary.
the weather was PERFECT, I never even put on a jacket
My in laws & J spent one day with us before they took off, big thanks to them for taking J for us!
We went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium this day and it was awesome!!
of course Coco stayed with us, here I am walking her, I know you can't see her and this is just my back but look at that sunset, GORGEOUS! Our Hotel The Best Western Beach Resort was on the beach and we were on the bottom floor, just a hop and a skip (no jump needed) to the shoreline.
ANYWAY it was a fabulous few days, away from reality in a beautiful hotel on the beach, eating as much seafood and artichokes we could...yes, artichokes...we could not get enough of that goodness in us!!AND it was time with my BEST friend, I love Big Daddy and we needed this little getaway!

Did you guys make an H+P inside a heart out of the ice plants on the the sand dunes? One of my favorite things about that hotel is the love messages in the sand that can be seen from hwy 1
