Wow has it been an awesome week. So many things for my Happy List.
As you know we had my sister Amy's 3 boys for a week and went to take them home last Saturday and ended up bringing my brother Mark's 3 boys home with us for another fun filled week.
There was an afternoon of feeding the fish at the Fruit Barn that quickly turned into trying to catch minnows...pictures soon.
We had a blast swimming EVERYDAY and one day it was 106 and we were in the pool for about 6 hours, not kidding.
And of course skate parks...my nephews are all pretty much little dare devils but Parker and Zachary are the true skaters of the group!
Right now as I type this (to schedule for Saturday, when I will be far too busy having fun at my awesome in laws, with my super hot hubz, for the holiday weekend) Big Daddy, J and the boys are at the Bass Pro Shop where they will make S'mores, practice casting at the pond, and shoot guns at the range....good times.
My Happy list is pretty simple the last 2 weeks...it's all about having 6 of my darling nephews in out home 3 at a time...basking in their awesomeness, soaking up their goodness and just loving the noise and the messes.
J is home less and less these days so having her here for some of this goodness has also been awesome. I really miss her so when she graces us with her presence it is BEYOND Happy List stuff...but she is on the list too.
My awesome package arrived for the Red, White and Blue Swap...did you see it? Did you poke through mister linky and see everyone else's packages? We are talking some serious swappy goodness.
OH and another thing on my Happy List is a FUN swap that I have in the works.
You are going to want to watch for this one y'all...there are less qualifying factors in order to play AND it's an easy one..more info soon! (aren't you just so excited?!)
AND now for the tippy top of my list...
This will be the FIRST 4th of July that I will actually get to spend with Big Daddy...EVER. He has always had to work on the 4th and often we would get to spend the first part of the day together but he would have to work that night...so, no fireworks together, and that's the best part right?!
So this year we will have a view of the San Francisco Bay and watch fireworks from Sausalito...one of my favorite happy places.
