Mom of The Year
You know me, I am always working on that nomination for Mom of The Year, right? Seems I will go to any lengths for that coveted title...even places like Chuck E. Cheese. Yep, that's right folks. AND this is not my first visit with that large rat! I have been there a few times with J and my nieces and nephews, they love that place. I will say this...every time I visit THIS Chuck E. Cheese it is clean...yes really. There is always some little worker bee bleaching and sanitizing the games and the bathrooms sparkle! I know there is snot and kid sweat that gets missed but just seeing them making an effort makes it possible for me to almost relax and enjoy myself.

I have NEVER been to Chuck E. Cheese! It does look like fun though, if you can see past the boogers and sweat!
LOL...I hate those places...but I too will do it if it's what they really want...Except McD's playplace...ewwwww....We've dubbed them the "dirty" playland, and have told the managers too...but still...ewwwww...
I had been to Chuck E Cheese once about 18 years ago, my niece who is 24 was 6 then.
Last week I had a day when I only had 2 daycare kiddos, one of them was celebrating his birthday that week.. so I thought its raining lets go.. We hit Chuck E Cheese I am not sure who loved it more, them or me.. It was wonderful. Ours was spotless, the workers were so nice. The place was relatively empty as it was noon on Wednesday. We will be going back.. The boys loved it, cept Mr. C wasn't sure about the HUGE talking Mouse..
I also wanted to say, I am so hoping to be part of the REd White and Blue Swap. I loved the last swap. I have to do my post. My package just arrived and it was just so much fun. Thanks again for hosting the Swap.
The girls have been asking, and asking, and asking to go to that cursed place for the last couple of weeks. Maybe I can sweet talk the grandparents into taking them!
My girls always loved that place when they were young. It's like sensory overload! Parents, usually, always come away with the worst headaches ever! LOL!
I skeeve over places like that. I am always afraid my boy, who still puts EVERYTHING in his mouth, is going to get some disease. I suppose I should lighten up just a tad!!
that place makes me germy just looking at it, but the kids love it...i avoid it like the plague, which is probably what's all over it! anyway, you guys are super cute and had a blast!
Oh Chuck E Cheese is so fun for kids!! But I am also a germ-a-phobe and I don't know if I could get though that place without pulling out some lysol wipes! :)

Well, you get my vote! The Chuck 'e Cheese we go to is always filled to 100% occupancy, messy as all get out, and louder than should be allowed by law; however, that said, the kiddies do LOVE it so off we go about twice a year!
Ohhhhh, should I stay up all night on Thursday night waiting for the Swap Post???? I don't want to miss out so I'll do whatever needed to be included!

I don't love the place, but I don't hate it either. Jon flips between playing like one of the kids and following them around with antibacterial junk like a madman. Which CAN be mildly entertaining to watch. :)
J's hair is getting sooooooo long! Man, it grows fast!
Yeah, after the whole hand foot and mouth outbreak in our house, I decided to forgo our quarterly chuck e cheese visit. Maybe grandma lynda will take them. I can't bring myself to go in there right now...especially with the baby!

Growing up in Canada we didn't have Chuck E' Cheese so when we vacationed to Virginia Beach we would stop by for pizza and fun! It was the highlight of our trip every time!
I have yet to go to a Chuck E Cheese with the boys...I bet they would have a bunch of fun. Looks like you guys did!

Chuck E Cheese is one of my boys favorite spots too! Luckily, ours is just a year old so it is still clean & new :-)! You are a fun Mom & Aunt!
My daughters used to love that place and we spent our fair share of $$, I'm surprised we do not own stock in it. Glad you all had a good time.

To me that place is like a teacher's nightmare. Uncontrollable kids running around in wild exictement. I always have to bite my "teacher-tongue" to not yell at kids that don't belong to me! Hee hee
I love it when you can find a nice place for the family to enjoy. Our CEC is pretty good too. It makes me want to go back there now.

I can't go to ours anymore... they are way too crowded and not so much on the clean side. I wish they would get their act together because it was a fun night out for all of us. Maybe I will try them again over the summer. I'll wait for rainy day and take them.

A long time since I have been in a Chuck E Cheese, lol. To hear that you have the joy of being in such a CLEAN one, well, I think that particular establishment deserves several awards! :)
I know they are fun for the kids, but I seem to remember the loudness. I guess you just gotta get over it for the sake of the kids! :)
Loving your pretty blog....Chuck E. Cheese looks fun, we don't have any all the way over here in Scotland but we do have similar. The kids love it, what can we do?! :O)

Chuck E Cheese is a challenging place to go, but hey, it makes the kids happy and we get to play the games sometimes too, so I'm okay with it!
