Good Mail. Truly, I love it. I send it out A LOT and when it comes to me, I am pretty much over the moon with excitement. Today my bloggy friend Mandy from
Gourmet Mom on-the-Go sent me this wonderful package and the sweetest note. Y'all know how I signed up for a Secret Santa Shindig in December and for whatever reason the girl assigned my name decided not to send me a gift? Well Mandy found out about it and decided to send a little love my way. I have to tell you, it REALLY hurt my feelings when I got the shaft by the person assigned to send me a gift. I took it kinda personally and felt bad about it for a long time. THEN Marla (

Stolen Bon Bons sent me some
LOVE and I felt so much better. I was able to forgive that girl who was suppose to send me something but didn't, even though to this day I have no idea who she is or why she decided not to give me a gift, but I have let it go (
and this is a big reason for the tight ship I run on MY swaps). And NOW Mandy has sent me something too...people are so good to me. I feel so loved. Thank you Mandy...this is wonderful!!

There are so many reasons why I love blogging but the biggest reason of all is the HEARTBEAT behind the blogs. My life has been blessed many times over because of you ALL. The blogsphere feels like a big community playground. I come to your blogs and soak up your bloggy goodness. You come here and read and share your thoughts through the comments and it's just a fun thing. I love the real life relationships I have made with many of you. Thanks for all the love...I hope someday to give out as much love as I have been blessed to receive.
PS I also got a package from my mom today, but I don't want to post pictures and brag about it...my siblings would be WAY too jealous!

I love getting good mail (or as I call it, "real mail"). There's nothing better than a package found at your front door with your name on it!
I am so sorry about you not getting anything from your partner that time. That is really sad that someone would do that. I had a similar experience with my very first swap.

Awww...how sweet! I get jealous of all of this GOOD MAIL stuff, and I know I could/should participate -- but once I start, I'm afraid I couldn't stop!!! And unfortunately my budget doesn't call for that right now...
