WordFUL Wednesday: Happy Kid

My brother Mark and his wife Melinda own a gym in Hollister. When we were there a couple of weekends ago J got the chance to join my sister Amy's (she is one of their coaches) Climbing Class. OH heavenly day she was excited!! She went up and down the walls several times and loved every minute of it. She also joined a tumbling class later that evening and had a blast! It is times like these that I wish we lived closer. I miss being around family. I know J would thrive and blossom if we were able to get our little family back over the hill where she could be surrounded by people who love and support her and ALL want ONLY the best for HER. She is such a great kid. She deserves so much more than this area has to offer....yep, it's another Dandelion Wish, someday!

the lighting was not great...
so these pics are kinda...well not great

you get the idea though right? ...cute kid climbing...... it's pretty simple goes up...... comes down...
.... goes up another wall... stops at the top for a photo op...good girl!! and so on and so forth...good times, good times.

SUPER HAPPY KID!!

She is such a good girl. Too bad you don't live closer......looks like something she's enjoy doing regularly, but you are closer to family.

She is so fearless and mature! I was scared silly of the rock wall at Gril's Camp that I went up 1/8 of the way and started crying. I was such a wuss.

She looks like a natural. LOVE that she knows she has to stop for the photo ops!!

P.S. I tried to take climbing walls pics of Gracie recently. It was HARD. None of them really captured the moment very well. Yours are better. Love the colors!:)

That looks so fun!! I have never been able to climb! When we did it in high school I had just suffered through back surgery and wasn't allowed to Jump down (the proper term is ba-lay but i dont know how to spell it!)

Its on my list! Glad she had a good time!

How fun! We love rock climbing walls! She's fearless isn't she? I'm glad she had a nice time with family! When you don't live near any, it sure makes the time with them even sweeter.

I've never climbed one of those rock walls but I can't resist a challenge. All someone would have to do it tell me that they didn't think I could do it and I would be up there right away! Go Jordan!

It's tough when family live away, but she does have some memories that you made and those kinds of memories carry alot of weight in a young life.

Very cool climbing wall! All the ones around here just look like cement with random colored pieces stuck to 'em.
