Here are a few pictures of J in some of her very cute pajamas ...
This froggy pair use to be her favorite, she would beg me wash them while she was at school so she could wear them every night (i did a few times, I can't resist a sugar lipped request)! i think the reason they were her favorite pair because her BFF Emma has the same ones (Emma's mom bought them for the girls as a special treat for a sleep over here once. Oh and the pink stuff is from the facials i gave them...yeah i am a cool mom like that).
SOOOOOOOOOO recently when her Young Women's Group gathered and taught the girls how to make pajama pants J was OVER THE MOON thrilled! She was VERY excited to use a sewing machine and really make something herself. It took a few hours to get them done but she loves them and they are totally adorable and comfy. We have big plans to make them as Christmas gifts for a few lucky people and hope to get started on them soon.
This is Saturday afternoon...it was a rainy day so we decided to make it a pajama day! J is reviewing the book she just finished so she can write the report due later this month. She is loving the Traveling Pants series. At first i thought they might be too 'mature' for her, but after reading them myself i decided there wasn't anything in it that we couldn't discuss later. "Well let me smile if you are going to take my picture!"
might as well pose a little too....
it's like a fashion shoot, like my pajama pants?!

30 Dandelion Wishes Made:
love these!!
I have to say - after seeing how much fun you have with your little BIG girl - I can't wait for my girls to grow up. Well, I can, really, but I look forward to these days!!
That's a lot of jammies! They look so comfy. No wonder she loves them.
She is just too cute. I love her short hair!
Oh man! Now I'm feeling neglectful of Sadie's pj wardrobe. What have I been thinking letting her wear a giant special ed t-shirt!?!
hehe, I love wearing j's jams too! -especially the froggie ones.
She is MY kind of girl! I LOVE jammies. If weren't a no-no, I think I might wear them to church. :)
I'm so with her! I love pyjamas. I would live in them 24/7 if it was appropriate...but alas, not so much!
This post makes me want some great PJ's. Have I told you how great her smile is?
She really does have a ton of cute jammies!
Last year our high school senior wore pj bottoms (to my chagrin) almost every day to school. It was much cheaper than buying her clothes at the mall though. The Y has a dress code that excludes them! Yay!
p.s. I love the hooks in J's room that her purses are hanging from! Great idea!
I have NEVER seen so many PJs... Wow. And they match too... doublewow. I think it is so great that you all have such a great relationship. Most people, myself included, did not have anything close to what you guys have at her age. Luckily I came around at age 16 and realized how amazing my mother truly is. Now we talk at least once a day..
WOW! SHE REALLY DOES HAVE LOTS OF PAJAMAS!!!! CUTE ONES, TOO!!!!
WOO HOO!!!!
Yeppers, them there are a LOT of PJ's :) I don't think I have more than 2.
Wow! That's a lot of pajamas! Looks like such a great time with her friends!
Oh I love a good pair of pajamas too...nothing like taking a shower and getting into some clean, soft jammies and just relaxing...ohhh, I might just go home and do that ---now!!
and that WAS funny that we were commenting on each other's blogs at the SAME TIME!!!! HA HA!
Those are some cute PJs.
I love all the cute PJ's! I'd go crazy in her closet! (although, I'd only fit my big toe into her clothes). I LOVE PJ's! LOVE THEM!!! I'm even wearing my santa pj's right now and wear them all year long, which drives my hubby crazy, lol!
I'm totally with Jordan on that.. I LOVE pjs. And seriously, lady, your daughter is AWESOME. What a hoot.
I love your blog. Seriously.
Man, those look comfy. Can you girls make me some too!? ; )
I love pajama's too...in fact, the last couple of years, I've asked Les to buy me a new pair for Christmas. I'm hoping it will turn into an annual tradition!
Me and the girls L-O-V-E PJ's. Our Christmas eve tradition involves new pjs. Matching ones for the kidlets.
cuteness! gotta love some cute comfy pj's
I looooove PJ's. Especially the pants ones!!! I always knew J was smart but now I see she's genius!
I am so glad to know that times have really not changed so much! I had friends who had matching pjs in school and my second sewing project..the first was and apron..was pajama pants! Memories,
from the corners of my mind! Thanks for the post!
Cozy jammies really are one of the best things on this earth....and so cool that your girl has figured that out at her young age! She has a lifetime ahead of her to enjoy them!
I'm with Jordan-I love my PJ's. I don't come any where close to her stock pile but I do have a few pairs! She is so cute & you are a great Mama!
Love the PJ pictures. There is nothing better than putting on those comfy PJ's and having a PJ party! Too much fun!
hey! was that nose-picking pic in there there before?! I didn't see it.
Have I said that I like how you post almost every day? Gives me another thing to look forward too!
make any holiday crafty thingies yet this year? Post about them please... You are so creative and I need some ideas to copy!
J I learned how to make PJ bottoms too and have gone crazy makin them for my kids. They pick out the flannel and I make them. FUN FUN FUN! PJ's are so comfortable aren't they?
