i know i haven't posted pics from her camera she took to camp...they are like ALL scenic, and blurry...clearly Mamarazzi needs to coach her a little, or let her take a digital camera camping. OH well the memories are what matters and when asked how Girl's Camp was she said, "I had the best time of my life!" All the time on the phone to her new friends and a visit this afternoon from one of them proves it. She really did have an amazing time! I am so glad, but i knew she would.

The tan looks good on you Jordan!
It happens fast....ya know! Girls grow up & become boy crazy while their Mommas watch & cry! :)
She is gonna be a heart-breaker! Tell your hubby to keep a shotgun loaded!!!
I'm not ready for that age--I'm going to give my daughter strict orders to NOT grow up.
About the warts- I had some on my feet. I tried getting them frozen and not much happened. It was a bit painful and not much changed. Dr. suggested I try duct tape. Yeah, I know it sounds crazy- a few days of duct tape and those warts were ALL gone. Maybe that will help J too. Much less painful and less expensive.
Oh the teenage years! I'm not ready for them either and they are still pretty far away. I'll be watching to see your experience to get tips and advice from the trenches!
Wow, I was thinking how fast my daughter is growing up, but I am SO not ready for this stage. *tear* She's adorable though!
Oh CRUD. Its starting.
When I get to this stage and you are already a pro, will you hold my hand?
I'm SO glad that I get to watch YOU experience this first. By the time I have have to do it...you can coach me through!
Oh my gosh. I bet she wants to hold hands with a boy! AAAGGGHHH! I'd freak out a little too!
She's totally going to be a boy magnet with that dark hair and those blue eyes! Daddy needs to start cleaning his shot guns!
I don't think you need to really worry, until she decides that she needs to put away the dolls and horses :) or those boys start knocking on the door!
Oh no....I'm starting to twitch thinking that my girls will be that age soon! Ok, really I'm going to go lock them in the closet right now, maybe that will make the twitching stop!
She is so beautiful, though, HolleeAnn. It was gonna happen soon enough. I am glad she had such a wonderful time at camp!
Okay -- I am SO terrified to raise 2 teenage daughters. When that time comes for me, you can be sure I'll be coming to you for ADVICE!!! (and yes, that means i intend to stay friends with you for the next decade...aren't you tickled pink??)
That top picture of J is stunning. Look at that face!! Good thing Paul is a beefy dad -- he can scare away any of the no-gooders! :)
Loved your post with more of your bloggy answers. AND .... yes! I am jealous of how you are spending your time. Hanging out as a happy family soaking in the sun and playing in the pool -- sounds like paradise to me!!
xoxo
I have over here also...she got a cell phone for her birthday last month....the fun begins!!
You and me both Hollee Ann I'm not ready for my baby girl to grow up. She is shaving her legs already! YIKES and begging me to wear makeup! What's a mom to do???
Mine came home from a slumber party recently wanting to put a blue streak in her bangs. She still wants nothing to do with boys though, so I'll take the hair. Dad is completely against that, though. Good luck with all that. Yikes!
I know. I saw it coming on the drive home. What happened? Silly camp songs or friends with other girls did it? Sorry. Knowing Jordan she will still stay sweet though. I was shocked when she called ME. Looks like she is definately getting the hang of chatting 1/2 hour later . . . I definately enjoyed it though. You're right she is gorgeous don't fix the teeth . . . yet.
The teenage years scare me. Good luck to you!!! But knowing how sweet Jordan is, I'm sure it will be wonderful!
