San Francisco & Sausalito

one of our favorite ways to spend time as a family is to head on over to the bay area and meet up with Paul's folks for a day in SF. we normally hop on the ferry in Larkspur and go to the city that way, but since we went over an a weekday the Larkspur ferry was packed. so we drove on down to Sausalito and picked the ferry up there. i big red puffy heart love Sausalito...love it. so i was happy with that choice since we got a chance to walk around a little when we got back from our fun say in San Francisco. Paul's mom Carla invited their little neighbor girl Rose to join us since she and Jordan are the same age (there are not a lot of pics of Rose, she wasn't into my whole paparazzi habit). it was a fun time had by all here are SOME pictures i took.

YAY San Francisco!!!!
waiting for the ferry in Sausalito
on the ferry to SF
me with Paul's folks Jim and Carla (i LOVE my in laws)
Jordan striking a pose (that is Alcatraz behind her) Jordan and me..love all the tulips, YAY for Spring!!
ooooh a shark...skeeery (so Jordan ate shark for lunch)
the sea lions sunbathing @ Pier 39
walking from the ferry building to Pier 39
catching a ride on daddy
a few feeble attempts at a family pic
one last pose in Sausalito before the drive home
it was such a fun day, of course anytime we get to spend with Jim and Carla is a good time!

I love, love, love San Francisco! It is one of my favorite vacation spots. Last time I was there I took a lot of video of the sea lions at Pier 39 for the girls (they weren't with us). My family still gives me a hard time about that. I'm jealous. I think I get to go again this year, though.

How FUN! I would love to have that opportunity! San Francisco looks like a blast! So awesome that you get along so well with your In-laws!

I love mine but she's 2000 miles away. I think that helps with the love.

OK, so go ahead and brag about living in CA! It's really OK. Those of us in the fridgid mid-west will forgive you. Really. Well, it might take a few months...maybe June until us Indianan's can find it in our hearts to wish well upon those that live in sunny, warm climates. Yup. June. May is still too fickle to allow it.

(You know that I puffy heart love you, anyway!)

I just love San Fran and can't wait to take Baby Daddy and the Terrible Two one day to show them how amazing it is.

I'm so jealous of you and the gang not wearing jackets...looks so warm and sunny. So jealous.
