Fun-n-Fit Camp

We spent a week in Hollister so Jordan could attend Fun-n-Fit Camp at USA Sports (my brother Mark's Gym). she invited Emma to join her for the week and Emma came over with us Sunday evening (for some awesome Hal-BQ) and went to camp with Jordan M-W. on wednesday Debbie, Emma's mom, came with her younger siblings Sean 9 and Caelyn 4. while the kids enjoyed camp Debbie and i enjoyed a day of shopping at the outlets. it was a whole lot of fun for us to have a day out together and she was able to get a lot of back to school shopping done(i will do ours soon too...with Jordan). we had a lovely lunch and the kids had a GREAT time.

Jordan was really excited to see her cousins and was able to spend a little bit of time playing in their back yard on the new sport court (nice work dad and Mark). it was a fun week...and it was nice to see some people who brought their kids to my little preschool and see how the kids have grown since the almost year since we moved. i really love that little town and we were able to make our way downtown to the farmers market for snow cones.

here are some pics from our week there...mostly Jordan and Emma of course...but enjoy!

Day ONE of Fun-n-Fit Camp and the girls are dressed to impress in their matching BFF tee-shirts. i love the pic of Jordan jumping...FROGGY!

After camp we went over to Mark and Melinda's to pick fruit off of their trees that were overloaded since they were away most of July. i found the girls sitting in the dirt picking raspberries...they had to get down low to get what the birds missed, and they ATE every berry picked. later that week Taylor explained that they were grateful for the fruit trees incase there was an emergency and they needed food. Jordan asked me what we were going to do if there was an emergency (since we have no fruit trees or garden)i said we would just come back there. Taylor laughed...Jordan, not so much.

Ready for Day TWO of Fun-n-Fit Camp...matchy poo shirts. gotta look cute when ya sweat...and they ARE Best Friends Forever...

Rock Climbing with Grandpa Hal. Jordan is imporving, but she still likes to be pulled up the hard wall...poor Grandpa, i think it was a bigger workout for him!

here the girls are on Emma's last day of Fun-n-Fit Camp. this is also the last day of matching hair and outfits. the girls had a great time together and Jordan had a blast finishing the week and making new friends!

It's a GIRL!!

this is our new puppy Zoey...pretty cute huh? we brought her home yesterday and she slept really well and has been doing great on going potty outside!! (we did not give her treats for it though Scott...what can a puppy have for a potty treat?)she has already bonded with a little pink bear we bought for her when we first decided she was going to come home with us. and she is a snuggler. she whines when she discovers she is alone in a room and slept between us last night. OH and she went for a swim in our pool last night too...pretty cute, but i am not sure how i feel about her being in the pool.

anyone have any puppy tips for us? she is reeeeeeally mellow and mostly sleeps, but i am sure she will grow out of that...right?

ANYWAY...here she is...feel free to oooh and awww...we think she is pretty fun!

10E Family Reunion and Road Trip

this trip was sooooooo much fun. the drive was long but we had a lot of fun singing, talking and laughing (plus i know how to pack some GOOD road snacks...uh yeah). we really needed this time together and it was definitly quality time. it was a lot of fun seeing people i haven't seen in years and to introduce my sweet honey and little girl to them. Jordan loved having cousin time and especially loved helping with the babies. i have posted a ton of pics but i had a hard time deciding what to post so here ya go...enjoy!

Summer Horse Back Riding Camp

Sorry i am so slow in my blogging. i tried for a few days to get a video loaded on here of Jordan Vaulting her horse, but was unsuccessful. i am going to post these pics of Horseback Riding Camp to hold y'all over and so i can post more recent pics (trying to keep it all chronological).

Jordan went to Summer Camp at Rascal Slough Ranch in Hilmar for a week in June. She spent her days grooming horses, swimming, going on long trail rides, doing crafts, studying horses and learned to vault on horses too. the most amazing thing was to see Jordan running along side the horse, jumping on and doing vaulting tricks on the back of a moving horse. AWESOME!
